There are still many problems but what inspires me (the author) is the scale of civil society work despite being under-funded. I just wrote an article detailing how the civil society movement is woman-led (based on a research report commissioned by Mongolian Women's Fund and meeting with the authors of the report). There are some pretty strong women in Mongolia who are determined to get the support of men.
