Many thanks for your remarks. Indeed, fear is a very common problem even if we work on better procedures, lady police officers, fast track courts, this fear will prevent unfortunately women to come forth and report. THIS REASON is the very reason to why approaching "male communities" in all that we do with regard to women's rights is so important.

Even if we put women judges, or lady law enforcement officers there is alot of pdychological intervention which has to be done. Social discrimination amongst ladies, for instance caste based discrimination is as high as it is amongst men.
