Mine: The Pets That Hurricane Katrina Left Behind
I too would have trouble watching this from an emotional standpoint. I was a Calif. tourist stuck in the Superdome. After a few days they did finally let about 20 people bring their pets, but they had to stay outside on the forum level. Not knowing if you all even knew we were there, horrific thoughts of whether people might turn to eating the animals in order to survive entered my mind. In the end I believe all of those pets survived okay, but it's still a sensitive issue.
