I know I'm a bit late to the conversation but I'm sure the situation has not changed dramatically... I work for an organization called Ashoka and we recently partnered with the Omidyar Network to source innovations and great projects focused on property rights. My heart has always been in Cambodia and so I was searching for projects in Cambodia that might catch the attention of Changemakers and Omidyar, I would love to see the attention and resources go towards Cambodia.
