According to the November ballot for Ca, AB2254 is being placed upon all Californians to create a sanction to stop the drug war. First being AB2254 would enable adults over 21 to have, smoke, use, grow, sell, and culivate marijauna. I urge all californian's that passed Prop 215 and SB420 to vote yes on this Assembly Bill. It would be the first in the United States History that we all are fed up with overcrowding prisons, paying out the rear for them, and allowing inmates with less serious crimes out and educate them since CA took away rehab inside our state prisons. Write to your elected officals demanding that AB2254 be passed. The drug war began in 1970, it's time for the people to put a end to it. Our elected leaders don't seem to give a damn about the overcrowding in our prisons. Revolving door effect. Enough is enough! Our current Governor of Ca is taking more and more important issues, cut backs to our teachers, and our children which are the backbone of our society and giving it to support the prison systems in CA. The hell with the CCPOA, you earn a damn good salary at our expense. At a tune of 190,000 people locked up now in Ca prisons, Ca is no longer the "Sunshine State", it is now referred to as the "Prison State".....stand up to our leaders, and tell them we are sick of paying for prisons that offer nothing to those locked up for some of the most stupidiest things on earth. In closing marijuana is not man made, it was created by God as a weed to feed the hungry and help heal the pain in illness's.
