Dear Natasha,
It is great to learn this article because you are first one to write about this problem out of country. In Macedonia, women suffer on the job, at home, from the society, democracy...But I want to say that the men are victim too. In country which is in transition more than 20 years, as Macedonia, all are victim.
I'm agree that the women in big percent are victim of mobing, but the last few months the men are victim of familly violence which is also connected with "democratisation process" in the country.
Please start write about this too.
